3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*(1) All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information;
*(2) Bidders must be manufacturers.
*(3) The bidder shall provide a PR2 or PR2F third-party certification report for gate valves and oil pipe heads (including oil pipe hangers) with a pressure rating of not less than 175MPa, a temperature rating of not less than P-X, and a material category of not less than FF for this model of product.
*(4) The bidder shall provide the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China", which shall cover the gas wellhead 103/78-175 PR2F FF PSL4 PX11 for the purchased materials.
*(5) Bidders must have been registered locally in accordance with the law for at least three years from the date of bid opening, and provide valid copies of their business license and other registration documents.
*(6) Within three years prior to the bid opening date, bidders (manufacturers) must have sales performance of gas wellhead products in at least two different years; The products provided by the bidder should be the manufacturer's standard molded products, and new trial production and other immature products are not accepted. The bidder (manufacturer) shall have sales performance of one or more sets of gas gathering wellhead with a pressure rating of 175MPa or above and a material grade of FF or above (including those sold by the manufacturer to its agents), and provide performance certification documents (including project name, valid contact person, contract, and certification documents, etc.).
*(7) The bidder has not been suspended or cancelled the bidding qualification by petrochina Tendering and Bidding website (www.cnpcbidding.com). (According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Dishonest Behavior of Bidders of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited, the bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for half a year if the dishonest score reaches 8 points; The bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for one year if the breach of trust score reaches 9 points; The bidder's qualification for bidding is suspended for two years after the breach of trust score reaches 10 points. If the breach of trust score is 10.5 points or above, or the breach of trust occurs again during the suspension period, the bidding qualification within the scope of the group company will be cancelled for three years. If the bidder is qualified again at the expiration of the term, the breach of trust will not be cleared and the validity period will be extended for three years.)
