Eligible Bidders" in Section I, Chapter I of the Bidding Documents.3.2 The bidder must be an independent legal person with a valid business license.3.3 Bidder Requirements: The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of anti - return turnstiles.If the bidder is an agent, it must provide an exclusive authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bid anti - return turnstiles for this project.3.4 Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.3.5 For the equipment of the same brand and model, one manufacturer can only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding.3.6 Other Requirements:3.6.1 Legal persons, other organizations or individuals that have an interest relationship with the Tenderee which may affect the impartiality of the bidding shall not participate in the bidding.
